75pk Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 75pk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 75pk platform at 75pk.win, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the 75pk platform including but not limited to sports betting, slots, fish games, bingo, live casino and any other game or service made available to players. Where specific products have additional rules — for example, specific sports betting rules or bingo room rules — those additional rules apply alongside these general Terms and are accessible from the relevant section of the platform.

The platform operates in English, as used in Pakistan (en-PK), and all official communications will be in English. All financial transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. Eligibility

To register and use 75pk you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• Not be self-excluded from 75pk or currently subject to any account restriction on the platform.
• Not be prohibited from using online gaming platforms by any agreement or obligation binding on you personally.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above. 75pk reserves the right to request identity verification at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 75pk account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or through any other method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 75pk will close the duplicate accounts, may void any bonuses claimed across them and may close the player's primary account depending on the nature of the activity.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 75pk will never ask for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately through live chat. You are liable for all activity on your account unless you notify us of unauthorised access without undue delay.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information associated with your account must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identity documents, or a payment method that is not registered to you — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Verification

75pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during the account registration process, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing review. Acceptable documents include government-issued ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits

Deposits to your 75pk account are accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available in the deposit section of your account. All deposits are processed in PKR.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account deposit section.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Using payment accounts belonging to third parties is not permitted.
• 75pk does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit within minutes. Bank transfer timings depend on your bank's processing schedule.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time from the withdrawal section of your 75pk account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals proceed more quickly once verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are processed back to your registered payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in your account.
• If you have an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, the bonus funds and associated winnings may not be available for withdrawal until those requirements are met.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers.
• 75pk reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for review.

Fraudulent withdrawal requests, including requests made using payment methods that are not registered to the account holder, will be declined and may result in account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

75pk may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions and other incentives to players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus must generate PKR 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed when the bonus is offered.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. Time limits are shown alongside each bonus offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk bet strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or collusion between players — is prohibited. 75pk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is suspected, and to close accounts where a pattern of abuse is established.

6.4 No Obligation to Accept Bonuses

You are never required to accept a bonus. If you prefer to play without bonus conditions, you can opt out of a bonus offer before it is credited. Once credited, the wagering requirements become binding on the associated funds.

7. Betting Rules

Sports betting on 75pk — covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other markets — is subject to the following general rules in addition to any market-specific rules displayed at the point of placing a bet:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a market quoted at manifestly wrong odds due to a system error — 75pk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at the correct odds or at the stake amount.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set per market and are displayed before you confirm a bet.
• Live in-play bets are subject to momentary suspension during key events. Bets placed during a suspension period may be rejected or processed at updated odds depending on the platform's in-play rules for that market.
• Match or event postponements: if a match is postponed and not completed within 24 hours, most bet types will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to certain markets.
• 75pk uses official competition results from recognised sports authorities for settlement purposes. Unofficial scores or preliminary results do not constitute the basis for settlement.

Cricket and PSL betting markets on 75pk follow the laws of cricket as administered by the relevant competition authority for the match in question. If a match result is altered after initial settlement due to an official review or DLS method application, 75pk will re-settle affected bets accordingly.

8. Games and Fair Use

All games available in the 75pk Game Lobby — slots, fish games, bingo, live casino and others — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of these games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealing processes as applicable. 75pk does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

• Each game has a stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage set by the game provider. This is a theoretical long-run figure and does not predict or guarantee results in any individual session.
• Technical malfunctions — including server errors, connectivity failures or game crashes — may result in a bet being void and the stake returned. In such cases the game provider's rules and 75pk's technical team determination will apply.
• Attempting to use software tools, bots, scripts or any other automated method to play games or exploit game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Fish game rooms and bingo rooms have specific room rules displayed inside each game. These rules govern ticket prices, prize structures and how winnings are calculated.

9. Responsible Gaming

75pk provides responsible gaming tools to help players stay in control. These are available from your account settings at any time without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much can be deposited.
• Bet Limits — cap the maximum size of individual wagers.
• Session Time Reminders — receive a prompt after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily pause access to the platform for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion — remove access for a defined or indefinite period.

10. Privacy and Data

75pk collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account you acknowledge that your data will be processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and responsible gaming monitoring. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data is stored securely. Transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you and to request correction of any inaccurate data — contact support to exercise these rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

75pk provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim for continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability, technical errors or maintenance windows. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

75pk is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of expected winnings, loss of opportunity or any financial loss beyond the amount deposited by the player in connection with the specific transaction giving rise to a claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

75pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Registration information is found to be false or materially inaccurate.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion is detected.
• The account holder is subject to self-exclusion on 75pk.
• Required verification documents are not provided within the specified timeframe.
• The account is used in a manner that 75pk reasonably believes is in violation of these Terms.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance associated with activity that violated the Terms may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player conduct — for example, if 75pk discontinues a service in a specific region — any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact the 75pk support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable period. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

75pk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
